I began with retail customers and gradually progressed to handling business clients (B2B) in a call center environment. I specialize in project management and primarily communicate with clients through email and setting up meetings with presentations. My typical day involves starting by organizing emails, addressing escalations via tickets, and responding to each request promptly.
